Program Description Provided to Users

Users who text the TextMyTrack phone number understand that:

  • TextMyTrack allows guests at events to request songs by sending a text message.

  • The system automatically identifies the song, artist, or shared link and places it into the DJ’s request queue.

  • Users will receive automated confirmation messages, such as:

    • “Thanks! Your song request has been added to the queue.”

    • “We received your link and are checking the track details.”

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on user interaction and may include:

  • One confirmation message per request

  • Occasional follow-up messages if clarification is needed

  • No unsolicited or promotional messages are ever sent

Opt-Out Instructions

Users may stop receiving messages at any time by texting:

  • STOP – immediately ends all messaging

  • UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, or QUIT also terminate participation
